A lover of hardware, and more particularly of graphics cards, unveils a comprehensive collection of GPUs. He has managed to bring together the leading models from ATI, AMD and NVIDIA in a magnificently organized showcase. In short, an enthusiast who spent a lot of money… Not to mention the time it took to find the right opportunity!
A very fine collection of graphics cards!
As you can see, the collector (ornstein6990 on YouTube) has presented his collection very well. The cards are displayed in attractive, well-lit showcases, protected from dust. In front of each card is a sign presenting the GPU and the year it was introduced on the market. A distinction is made between the three brands: AMD, ATI and NVIDIA. The latter has managed to get its hands on the very first ATI and NVIDIA cards, with the NVIDIA NV1 and RADEON DDR respectively. Then we find every major GPU up to the RX 9070 XT from AMD and the RTX 5090 from NVIDIA. As you can see, the focus was mainly on the reference cards, followed by the Founders Edition and MBA versions for the reds.
We can then see the evolution of the heatsinks used by the greens and reds, with a period when watercooling was used on AMD’s R9 295×2 and other R9 Fury X or RX Vega 64. On the NVIDIA side, we also find some prestigious pieces with the Titan V or RTX Titan. Of course, estimating such a collection is difficult since it will depend on a whole host of factors: the condition of the GPUs and whether or not the original box is present. In short, a collection that makes me want to continue my own… If only I had more room.
