Following the RTX 5090 Infinity and the RTX 5080 Infinity, the brand’s graphics card lineup is expanding to include an RTX 5070. The manufacturer has just published the product page for its new card. The page provides all the essential information, including operating frequencies and dimensions.
RTX 5070 Infinity: Same design, but more compact!
Still features a dual flow-through heatsink!
As you can see, the card features two fans positioned at either end, while a third, more discreet fan is located in the center of the design. The brand calls this system the WindForce HyperBurst cooling system. In any case, the heatsink features a copper base designed to draw heat from the GPU and memory. A heat pipe system distributes the heat throughout the heatsink. Here, Gigabyte uses a composite thermal paste combined with the brand’s famous thermal gel for the memory and VRMs.
Additionally, the card is smaller than its two larger siblings, the RTX 5080 and 5090 Infinity. In fact, this model measures 309 (W) x 132 (D) x 55 (H) mm, whereas the other two versions have more generous dimensions of 330 (W) x 145 (D) x 65 (H) mm
In terms of operating frequencies, Gigabyte announces a boost of up to 2715 MHz, whereas the reference RTX 5070 can reach up to 2512 MHz.The factory overclock is quite substantial compared to what we’ve seen so far: an 8% increase in frequency!
A hidden power connector:
Power delivery is, of course, handled by a 12V-2×6 connector. However, to maintain the card’s sleek design, Gigabyte has positioned it at the back of the card, in line with the PCIe connector. In addition, a removable cover is attached over it.
At this time, the price is unknown, as is availability, which remains unclear for now.
