Graphics card manufacturers leave China!

For some time now, China has been facing sanctions from the United States. These prevent their companies from exporting high-performance IT equipment to the Middle Kingdom. The aim is to prevent, or at least limit, China’s military development using American technologies. In short, just a few months before the launch of the RTX 50, PC Partner, the company that owns Zotac, Inno3D and Manli, has decided to move its head office to Singapore to avoid any constraints!

Zotac, Inno3D and Manli leave China!

Chine

PC Partner is leaving Hong Kong for Singapore to avoid being caught up in US sanctions. The company has no choice if it wants to continue exporting hardware worldwide. By doing so, the brand is assured of continuing to offer top-of-the-range cards like the RTX 5090 and 5080, for example. Similarly, the company is also sparing itself the increase in customs duties on Chinese products promised by D. Trump.

What’s more, it’s not just the administration that’s leaving the Middle Kingdom, but also the production apparatus. Indeed, we saw some time ago that factories producing Zotac equipment were present in Indonesia for example . Or at least, if this is a brand new site, it does not mean that the others have been shut down.

In short, if PC Partner moves to another country, we imagine it won’t be the only brand to do so. Among others, Apple is increasing its iPhone production in India.
