Without further ado, the minimum system requirements are still affordable. However, like Indiana Jones, it’s a safe bet that you’ll need ray tracing-compatible hardware to play it. In fact, the minimum configuration (1080p, low detail, 30 FPS) indicates RX 6600, Arc A580 and RTX 2060… All cards that manage the technology at hardware level. Otherwise, the CPU remains accessible with AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or Core i3 8100.
To play in 1440p, at 60 fps and with average graphic detail, you’ll need at least a 6-core processor. Here, the models mentioned are Ryzen 5 1600, Ryzen 7 3700X and Core i7 8700 or Core i5 10400. The graphics section goes up a notch with an RX 6700 XT or an RTX 2070. What’s more, there’s a small note recommending the use of a card with 12GB of VRAM when using a UHD screen.
Finally, if you want to play in 2160p with high graphics detail and a framerate of 60 FPS, you’ll need to bring out the heavy artillery… Well, especially when it comes to graphics. Square Enix recommends the use of RX 7900 XTX or RTX 4080. In either case, you’ll need a card with at least 16GB of memory to run on a UHD screen. The processor part is more reasonable, with Ryzen 7 5700X and Core i7 10700 mentioned.
Otherwise, you’ll need at least 16GB of RAM and 155GB of storage space for all the graphic qualities. Of course, fibre is a plus for downloading the game, but you’ll need to plan for a few nights if you have a DSL connection.
