[CES 2024] BattleCruiser II and Invader X Pro!

0

On the XPG stand, we came across a number of new, rather appealing bodies. In particular, the brand’s BattleCruiser II and Invader X Pro. Other models on display included the Invader X and Valor Mesh.

Invader X Pro: a case with a curved glass pane!

With this first case, the brand lets loose with a highly original model. As you can see, it features a total of three glass panels, giving a clear view of all the components. However, its distinctive feature is a side glass that extends over the top of the chassis via a beautifully curved section!

XPG Invader X Pro

By default, this case supports E-ATX motherboards, and comes with three inverted-blade fans as standard. Moreover, the ventilation can be substantial with 11 slots. And, of course, a small 5″ LCD display at the bottom.

Battlecruiser II: four glass panels on this model!

The Battlecruiser II features an imposing case based on the brand’s Exosqueleton concept. Internally, we have good support for motherboards, since compatibility with E-ATX models is mentioned, as is support for 420 mm radiators. Last but not least, it features a controller for managing lighting and fan speed. Finally, the brand mentions its dimensions of 225 (W) x 506 (D) x 550 (H) mm.

The Invader X and Valors Mesh!

Finally, we end with two more conventional models, notably the Valor Mesh, with its classic design. Its front panel is held in place by a magnet system. So there’s no risk of it exploding when you try to remove it. As for the rest, it features a 180 mm power supply and 305 mm CG support. Its dimensions are 210 (W) x 371 (D) x 460 (H) mm – yes, that’s pretty compact.

The Invader X is a compact case designed to accommodate µATX motherboards. In fact, its top features additional openings for cards based on the Asus BTF concept. Finally, it comes with four inverted-blade fans and one standard-blade fan. In all, it will support up to 10 fans and a 360 mm radiator at the top or side.
