Two top-of-the-range motherboards from ASUS!

The Crosshair X870E Extreme!

ASUS Crosshair X870E ExtremeWith this Extreme model, ASUS is targeting enthusiasts with a premium card. This card benefits from the latest features offered by the brand on the one hand, and on the other, it offers a solid base. More specifically, this card has a total of 20+2+2 power supply phases to supply the CPU. This means you can power and overclock any AMD Ryzen 9000 processor with peace of mind.

What’s more, there are premium features such as a display on the card’s I/O cache. Otherwise, there are all the Quality of Life features available. The graphics card is simply removed by pulling it out, while the SSDs can be fitted without tools. Likewise, mounting the WiFi antenna is made as easy as possible.

Beyond that, the card incorporates OC-related functions such as LN² mode and the ReTry button.

The Crosshair X870E Apex: a model for memory OC:

ASUS Crosshair X870E ApexWith the Apex, we’re dealing with a model dedicated to overclocking, but more specifically to memory, at least that’s how ASUS positions its card. In any case, the configuration is based on two DIMM slots. This organisation improves the quality of the signal at memory level, which in turn helps to increase frequency. As for the rest, there are plenty of OC-related functions. In short, we have LN² mode, ReTry Button, Safe Boot, Slow Mode, etc., the full panoply.
