Alphacool launches its Core Soft thermal pads!

Alphacool launches new thermal pads on the market with its models called Core Soft. The pads come in different sizes and thicknesses. Nevertheless, the common point remains the thermal conductivity which is very good.

Core Soft, pink and blue pads!

Core SoftOn the menu, we find two types of pads, pink and blue. The latter have a different thermal conductivity with 6.2 W/mK for the blue against 9 W/mK for the pink. To get an idea, the conductivity of the pink pads is higher than that of Arctic’s MX-4 paste for example. As a reminder, the Swiss paste has 8.5 W/mK.

Of course, we have pads that are not electrically conductive. This allows them a wide range of use. They can be mounted on power supply stages, memory chips, on a graphics card or in a console for example.

As for the dimensions, several thicknesses are proposed with 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm. Otherwise, they come in the form of a wafer to be cut measuring 100×100 mm, 120×20 mm and 40×40 mm.

Finally, the prices are between 3,98 € and 54,98 €. As you can imagine, it varies according to the size, thickness and thermal conductivity.
