Recently, Thermalright proposed its heatsink HR10 heatsink, a rather nice and worked model. However, it was a “passive” heatsink, without fan. Now, the brand offers us its HR10 Pro, an active version with a small fan !

HR10 Pro, time for the active version!

Thermalright HR10 ProWith this new version, Thermalright offers us a “+” version of its initial model. The first thing we notice is its 30 x 10 mm fan embedded in the fins of the radiator. This makes it an active heatsink. And active it will be since this little mill works from 3500 rpm to 6000 rpm. All that remains is to see the noise it will make at full speed.

However, we also note the presence of four copper heat pipes of 5 mm instead of two for the passive model. We also learn that this heatsink is compatible with SSDs known as ” dual sided “, SSDs with memory chips on both sides of the SSD.

In short, this model is slightly larger than the basic HR10. Its dimensions are 90.3 (W) x 23.7 (D) x 43.8 (H) mm. It will have some constraints on the PCIe slots if it is installed between two ports.

As for the price, obviously, it costs 119 yuan or about 16 €.
