Silverstone announces a new case for our PCs. This time, the brand offers us a compact reference of only 10.35l volume. Here is the Milo 11, a model designed to accommodate a micro-ATX motherboard and a low profile graphics card!

Milo 11: beware of the size of your components!

Silverstone Milo 11The first thing we will remember about this model is the compact size of the case. Indeed, this reference displays dimensions of 330 (W) x 285 (D) x 110 (H) mm. It is also very light, only 2.48 kg. As we can see, the design remains sober, however, we welcome the fact that it can rest vertically, as horizontally! Inside, you should not be too greedy about the size of your components. The first constraint, and not the least, concerns the power supply. Here, you’ll have to opt for a TFX format power supply, a format that is not common, clearly not. Then, the cooling part will also be limited since the size of the ventilator will vary from 90 mm high to 43.4 mm. This will depend on the presence or not of the optical drive board and what is mounted on it.

Finally, for the graphics card, it will be necessary to opt for a “low profile ” model: 96 mm high… And given the market, this type of card, with decent performance, may be difficult to find. As we told you, the Milo 11 integrates an ODD board allowing the installation of a slim optical drive. Ideal to set up a PC of living room whose objective is the vision of film in particular. And for the storage, the plate will be able to accommodate a hard disk 3,5″ and a SSD 2,5″. Unfortunately, the price and the launch date are not known.

This way to Silverstone ‘s datasheet!
