A new driver from Intel: Arc GPU Graphics Drivers 101.4577. This new version simply accompanies the launch of the A570M and A540M we just mentioned. What’s new and what are the fixes?
101.4577, few new features and fixes…
We’ll be brief on the new features, since Intel isn’t offering much here. Of course, we’ll find support for the two latest mobile GPUs launched by the brand, but that’s all… At least, in terms of new features. In passing, the company also offers a small patch, as follows:
- F1 23 (DirectX 12) will no longer crash with certain A-Series Graphics GPUs on notebook PCs.
And that’s it, no other fixes, new game support, optimization additions or anything else. Unfortunately, the same list of known problems is still to be found:
- Shadow of the Tomb Raider may crash after loading the game
- Blender 3.6 may crash during rendering when hardware Ray Tracing is active
- Adobe After Effects may crash during rendering operations
- With some games, Arc Control Studio may generate multiple video files incorrectly.
- Etc.
Now, if you have a laptop and play F1 23, a little update is in order… Otherwise, it’s easy to overlook.
