In China, we find the best and the worst. Still, prices are attractive, at least much more so than in Europe: for €20 you can get a Valkyrie AL125.
Valkyrie AL125: 120 mm, four heatpipes, an IPS screen for 20 bucks!
This heatsink is a compact reference, measuring 120 (W) x 72.5 (D) x 155 (H) mm.
Otherwise, the 120 mm fan features aRGB lighting. At 2,150 rpm, the fan is quite fast. At full speed, it will generate an airflow of 81.66 CFM and a static pressure of 4 mmH2O, so it’s quite violent.
However, it needs a minimum of punch to cool the dense radiator on which it’s mounted. Indeed, the radiator features a total of 48 0.4 mm aluminum fins spaced 0.4 mm apart. Otherwise, there are four copper heat pipes mounted in direct contact with the CPU.
Finally, the brand has taken the trouble to integrate a tiny IPS-type LCD display. This has a diagonal of 1.54″ and a resolution of 240×240 pixels. Despite this, it will be driven by a dedicated software program, enabling it to display a whole host of things. Of course, given its size, this is clearly more of a gadget than anything else.
Last but not least, we’ll be surprised by the retail price of 149 yuan, or around twenty euros at the most!
