The RTX 3090 Ti are cards that still have resources, even in overclocking. For the time being, it is the overclocker CENS that is making news with its new world record on Port Royal. To achieve this, the clocker opted for a configuration based on two cards!

Two RTX 3090 Ti: the winning configuration for a world record on Port Royal!

Finally, the reason behind this choice of configuration is simple: there is no better currently. Indeed, the RTX 4090s do not work in SLI, and the only thing better than an RTX 4090 are two 3090 Ti.

For the occasion, CENS chose cards from EVGA, cooled with liquid nitrogen. Likewise, they were overclocked to run at 2550 MHz. This represents a gain of +37% in frequency compared to a reference card.

The rest of the configuration was based around a Core i9 13900K running at 5.8 GHz. As for the memory, it was pushed to 8400 MT/s.

Finally, this allowed the overclocker to reach 36370 pts, beating the South Korean biso biso and its 36335 pts. By the way, when we look at the highest scores, they were all achieved by RTX 30 SLI.
