From G.Skill, we announce new memory kits from the Trident Z 5 Royal Neo series. These now include AMD EXPO memory profiles with frequencies of up to 8000 MT/s!
Trident Z 5 Royal Neo: AMD EXPO profiles at 8000 MT/s!
G.Skill offers us sublime memory kits with this series. As you can see, the heatsink comes in two colors: silver and gold. The latter also feature a mirror finish, while the upper light bar has a diamond-like finish. Lighting management can be entrusted to the Triden Z Lightning Control software or directly to the motherboard.
However, it’s the features that interest us. On the one hand, we’ll be focusing on capacities. These are kits available in 32 GB (2×16 GB) or 48 GB (2×24 GB). Otherwise, in terms of timings, we have CL38-48-48-127, although voltages are not stipulated. As for frequency, we’re talking about memory running at 8000 MT/s via their AMD EXPO profile. However, to reach such a speed, you’ll need to switch to a 1:2 ratio.
Availability will have to wait until August.
