At CES 2026, ASUS unveiled a new PC case: the ROG Cronox. This high-end model features premium materials and construction. It even includes a built-in swivel display. In any case, this model is now available for pre-order in China. The price? 2,399 yuan!

A case with plenty of space and robust cooling!
As for the specifications, it’s hard to be exhaustive since the product page for this model says“coming soon.” That said, we know it’s a massive model capable of accommodating E-ATX motherboards. Overall, there shouldn’t be any limitations on component size, as it’s compatible with CPU coolers up to 180 mm in height and can accommodate graphics cards up to 400 mm in length.
Cooling is a key focus, as it can accommodate up to 14 120mm fans while featuring dual360mm water cooling radiator mounts. Additionally, one of the fan mounts features a pivot-mounted bracket.
Finally, the control panel looks very comprehensive, featuring no fewer than four USB-A ports and two USB-C ports.
A built-in display!
Of course, the main attraction of this model is its built-in display, located beneath the graphics card slot. It features a 9.2-inch diagonal screen with a resolution of 1920×462 pixels. It offers 400 nits of brightness and a 60 Hz refresh rate.
Beyond that, it’s mounted on a hinge, allowing it to swivel. The goal is to maximize readability depending on your computer’s position on your desk.
A high-end price tag!
Once again, we’ll have to make do with the price in yuan, which unfortunately doesn’t always reflect the amount paid in Europe. In this case, we’re talking about 2,399 yuan, or approximately €301 after conversion. However, with import fees, shipping costs, and various taxes, the total bill could end up being much higher.
