Senza, Arctic’s AMD Ryzen fanless PC!

0

Arctic’s latest offering is simply a passively cooled suit. The Senza, as it’s called, is also compact enough to be mounted under a desk. What’s more, with winter just around the corner, it’s a silent thigh warmer. All joking aside, let’s see what it has to offer!

Senza: Arctic’s passive PC!

Arctic SenzaAs you can see, this machine is made up of several modules. Naturally, the PC is housed in the largest unit, which will incorporate either a Ryzen 5 5500GT, a Ryzen 7 5700G or a Ryzen 7 5700G Pro. As a reminder, we’re talking about processors with between 6 and 8 cores, all with a RADEON Vega 7 or Vega 8 iGPU, depending on the model.

Internally, the machines will also benefit from 1TB of storage space via a PCIe SSD equipped with TLC memory. As for RAM, we’re talking about a DDR4 SO-DIMM module operating at 3200 MT/s.

However, where the Senza is original is in its design. As you can see, the PC benefits from an offset control panel that can be mounted anywhere under the desk. This makes it as accessible as possible. In terms of connectivity, it features power and reset buttons and two USB 3.2 ports, one type A, the other type C.

As far as the configuration itself is concerned, it relies on absolute silence during operation thanks to its passive cooling system. This takes the form of two large heat exchangers mounted on the sides. What’s more, Arctic has done a good job of leaving a small gap between the heat exchangers and the desk so that air can circulate freely and heat doesn’t accumulate under the desk.

For prices, expect to pay €599.99 for the Ryzen 5 5500GT, €699.99 for the Ryzen 7 5700GT and €729.99 for the Ryzen 7 5700G Pro.
