Small curiosity launched by MSI for its ” Pro ” range since the brand offers a Pro HM570TI-B i526 motherboard. It is an ITX model already equipped with a Core i5-11260H and SO-DIMM memory slots. Yes, it is a rather singular model!
Pro HM570TI-B i526: between SO-DIMM memory and CPU already soldered !
With this new model, we find a card in ITX format whose dimensions are well known: 17 cm x 17 cm. However, it does not do anything like the others, especially in terms of its power supply. As you can see, there is no 24-pin ATX connector or even EPS12V for the CPU. For this, you will have to use a power supply brick. Otherwise, from a connectivity point of view, we have something limited, without PCIe x16 connector for example. The storage part is also very basic with only two SATA and two M.2. Note that one of them is intended to host a WiFi/Bluetooth module. Otherwise, for memory, we have two SO-DIMM slots in DDR4 that can accommodate up to 64 GB clocked at 3200 MT/s. Finally, the rear connectivity consists of an HDMI output, a serial port and an Ethernet (Realtek RTL8111H). Four USB 3.2 Gen1 type A ports and audio in Realtek ALC897 complete the package. All that remains is to see the selling price of this set. On the other hand, we would not be surprised to see it at more than 300 € because of the CPU. As a reminder, the Core i5 11260H has six cores with hyperthreading and can reach 4.4 GHz in turbo. Nevertheless, the interest for gaming is very limited because of the impossibility to install a dedicated GPU.
