RTX 4070 Super orders cancelled!

RTX 4070 Super commandes annulées.

The news comes via ITHome, itself sourced from Boardchannels. Broadly speaking, and without knowing why, the Chameleon has cancelled orders for RTX 4070 Super from its partners. The only problem is that they will have to wait until the last week of September, another two weeks.

It’s worth remembering that the card has become a popular model and is selling very well. This delay has the potential to put the brand’s partners in a tricky situation, where they will have to micro-manage their remaining stocks. It could also lead to a disruption in supply, leading to prices rising. Of course, the latter will be more or less painful depending on the stocks available to NVIDIA’s partners. It also remains to be seen how strong demand is.

In short, all that remains to be seen is the reasons for this delay. In any case, NVIDIA is currently working on Blackwell, whose design is nearing completion. Is there a causal link? It’s hard to say.
