MSI launches a new graphics card, the RTX 4060 Aero ITX. This card features a heatsink that’s clearly old-school, yet ultra-compact!
RTX 4060 Aero ITX: an ultra-compact old-school card!
With this model, we find a reference that will occupy just two slots in a PC case. What’s more, its length is ultra-small: 16.7 cm, and it has just one fan. Despite this, the radiator benefits from a construction based on aluminum fins and at least two heat pipes, perhaps more.
The design features a completely black shell with imitation carbon-fiber effects. Typically, this is the same design used on the RTX 2060 of the same name. Finally, the rear features a black backplate embossed with the “MSI” and “GeForce RTX” logos.
As for frequencies, this model will feature a GPU running at 2475 MHz boost, i.e. slight factory overclocking . Memory is rated at 17 Gbps.
All that remains is to mention the video outputs, based on triple DisplayPort and a single HDMI. As for the power supply, a single 8-pin PCIe will suffice, given its 115W consumption.
