MSI is introducing a new case model: the MEG Maestro 900R. This new model is designed to be high-end and will beautifully showcase your setup. What’s more, MSI has gone all out on material quality, using aluminum and curved tempered glass, as well as a removable motherboard tray that can be adjusted in any direction. Just make sure you have plenty of space and a sturdy desk—it’s a real beast!

More than generous dimensions!
With this case, MSI offers us a particularly imposing flagship model. In terms of dimensions, it measures 379 (W) x 695 (D) x 671 (H) mm. The weight is also substantial, tipping the scales at 33 kg. So make sure you have a sturdy desk to set it up on!
Otherwise, in terms of component support, there are no particular criticisms to be made. It can accommodate an E-ATX motherboard up to 30.5 cm wide, while CPU coolers up to 170 mm tall are supported. For graphics cards, there’s 440 mm of clearance in length, and it supports ATX power supplies up to 200 mm deep.
The cooling system can accommodate up to fourteen 120 mm fans, while the support for water-cooling radiators extends up to 420 mm at the top and bottom. On the right and left sides of the motherboard tray, a 360 mm radiator can be mounted.
But the most exciting feature is the storage support, with space for eight 2.5-inch drives and four 3.5-inch drives. There’s also a 2.5-inch/3.5-inch combo bay.
A high-end finish:
Where MSI really stands out is in the build quality of its case, which looks exceptional. It features aluminum panels and curved glass. At the bottom, you’ll be able to tilt the fans, while the graphics card benefits from a dedicated vertical mount. Oh, and let’s not forget to mention that the fan/radiator mounts are also tiltable, allowing you to really show off your setup.
For now, the retail price is still unknown, and when you see this beast, you might think that’s probably for the best, right?
