MSI presents new LCD models, including a 31.5″ curved WQHD monitor. There are three of them. The highlight is the G32CQ5P, a 31.5″ curved gaming monitor with WQHD resolution.
The 31.5-inch in detail
This monitor uses a VA panel type, offering a high refresh rate of 170 Hz. The response rate is 1 ms (MPRT). It features a curvature of 1,500R, a brightness of ” 250 nits ” and a contrast ratio of 3,000:1. Color performance includes 98% ” sRGB ” and 91% ” DCI-P3 ” coverage. The screen is capable of displaying around 1.073 billion colors. Its viewing angles are 178 degrees horizontally and vertically. Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.0b ports, one DisplayPort 1.2a and a headphone jack.
Support features of the G32CQ5P bracket include:
- Tilt range -5 to 20 degrees
- Height adjustment from 0 to 90 mm
- a swivel range from -30 to 30 degrees.
The monitor measures 710 mm wide, 287 mm deep, 556 mm high and weighs approximately 6.7 kg.
Let’s talk about the second display, the “G255F”
A 24.5″ gaming monitor supporting Full HD resolution and using RAPID IPS technology. This model offers a refresh rate of 180 Hz and a response time of 1 ms (GTG). It features ” 300 nits ” brightness and a contrast ratio of 1000:1. SRGB ” coverage of 93% and ” DCI-P3 ” coverage of 78%.
It can display up to 16.77 million colors. Viewing angles are also 178 degrees horizontally and vertically. It includes connectivity options similar to those of the G32CQ5P. The G255F’s stand allows tilt adjustment from -5 to 20 degrees. Its dimensions are 558 mm wide, 221 mm deep and 419 mm high, and it weighs around 3.24 kg.
