MPG Velox 300R Airflow PZ: new reference teased by MSI!

MSI MPG Velox 300R Airflow PZWith this new model, we have a reference large enough to be compatible with motherboards in E-ATX format. Otherwise, for the CPU cooling unit, the case leaves a total available height of 165 mm, compared with 400 mm for the graphics card. Finally, as far as the power supply is concerned, we have 200 mm of accessible depth for an ATX format unit.

Regarding ventilation, the case has plenty of slots for fans. In fact, there are up to eleven slots in 120 mm, compared with six in 140 mm. But the best is behind the perforated front panel, where two 160 mm fans can be fitted. As for the AIO radiator support, it goes up to 360 mm.

However, the case features a new type of fan with models that use a double row of blades. These are held in place by two hoops. The aim is to concentrate the airflow to prevent it dissipating too quickly. What’s more, you can select their speed profile at the rear of the frame via a selector, which lets you choose between high, medium or low speed. However, depending on the location of the fans, this selector may not always be accessible without dismantling the fan.
