MinisForum announces its NUCG5, a mini PC with an i5 1240P!

A little tour at MinisForum who announces a new mini PC. On the program, we find the NUCG5, a machine of only 0,7l equipped with a Core i5 1240P of 12 cores. A perfect machine for small spaces!

NUCG5: a Core i5 with 12 cores in only 0.7l!

With this new machine, MinisForum offers us a very small PC measuring 109.5 (W) x 110.5 (D) x 61.9 (H) mm. This model displays a very very small volume of 0.7l which is very compact!

Internally, we find of course a Core i5 1240P, a model equipped with 12 cores and 16 threads. The latter contains 4 P-Core and 8 E-Core. Basically, all this little world works at 1.7 GHz, however, in boost, it can reach 4.4 GHz.

Of course, several configurations are proposed. The first will be based on 16 GB of RAM while the second, rises to 32 GB of memory. In both cases, the storage part is entrusted to a 512 GB SSD. Finally, for the graphics part, it will have to be satisfied with the iGPU of the CPU, an Iris Xe.

Finally, the cooling is provided by a top flow heatsink with two heat pipes. We will also note the presence of a carbon fiber case as well as a dual Thunderbolt 4 connector.

As for the price, it will have to do with a bill of $579 for 16 GB of RAM against $629 for the one with 32 GB of memory.
