EKWB launches a new monoblock for the Maximus Z790 Hero. This one will have for objective to cool both the processor mounted on it, but also the motherboard power supply stages. In short, here is the EK-Quantum Momentum² ROG Maximus Z790 Hero D-RGB from the Slovenian brand!
EKWB cools down the Maximus Z790 Hero from Asus!
On the menu, the Slovenian brand offers us a new monoblock. It will be mounted on the Maximus Z790 Hero from Asus. There will be no other compatible motherboard, the block having been designed for this model in question.
On the program, we find a rather imposing electrolytic nickel-plated copper base. The purpose of the latter is to capture the heat emitted by the CPU and the motherboard’s power supply stages. The upper part is made of transparent acrylic to see the liquid circulating, but also to diffuse the RGB lighting of the block.
As for the characteristics, the block has dimensions of 133 (W) x 120.5 (D) x 32 (H) mm. As we said, the RGB is in the program with a total of 8 addressable diodes. The package comes with the mounting system, thermal pads, thermal paste, backplate and I/O cover.
The bill will be rather high as it will cost 239.90 € on the brand’s store.
