MSI unveils new machines with its MAG Codex 6, PCs aimed at the pre-assembled gaming computer market. The program includes 13th-generation Intel processors. As for the graphics card, we’re talking RTX 40!
MAG Codex 6: pre-assembled MSI PCs with attractive configurations!
The program features a mini-tower-type machine measuring 174 (W) x 447 (D) x 407 (H) mm. The volume is 32l, while the weight reaches 10.44 kg on the scales.
In terms of configuration, MSI features a processor from Intel’s 13th-generation Core i family. This translates into a Core i7 13700/F or Core i5 13400/F on an H610 motherboard, backed up by up to 64 GB of DDR5 RAM running at up to 4800 MT/s. For the display, the brand is highlighting an RTX 4070, which will enable comfortable 1440p gaming while offering three DisplayPort outputs and one HDMI. Finally, for storage, we have a PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD , which can be complemented by two 2.5″ units or a 3.5″ hard disk.
The processor is cooled by a small air-cooler with aRGB lighting. In fact, this is one of the brand’s arguments for this machine: the lighting can be customized, as it will be visible through the glass. Finally, to power everything, we’re treated to an 80 Bronze-certified 500W block. This in itself is more than sufficient for this configuration.
For the moment, the PC does not appear to be commercially available.
