Corsair has added new fans to its iCUE Link range. On the program are the LX-R RGB fans, which feature inverted blades. These windmills will be particularly useful in the brand’s 3500X RGB !
iCUE Link LX-R RGB: new inverted-blade fans from Corsair!
Corsair’s fans are available in both black and white. As for dimensions, we find 120 and 140 mm windmills, all fitted with a 25 mm thick frame. The frame features rubber silentblocks and RGB piping on the sides.
However, the real novelty of these windmills lies in their inverted blades. These give a neat design despite the pull-out design. On more traditional fans, this type of mounting would leave the blades visible, which isn’t always very aesthetically pleasing.
Before moving on to the specifications, these fans use the iCUE Link system. This enables all compatible peripherals to be connected in series via a single cable. This simplifies wiring and management, since the products are compatible with iCUE software, which enables software-based management of the latter.
Here are the features:
In terms of price, you can expect to pay €39.90 for a single 120 mm unit, as opposed to €49.90 for a 140 mm unit. A pack of three (120 mm only) costs €134.90, versus €109.90 for a double pack (140 mm only).
