Galax announces the arrival of new DDR5 memory kits. Moreover, these last ones are announced powerful with speeds being able to reach the 8000 MT/s. These belong to the HOF Pro series of the brand!
HOF Pro : DDR5-8000 memory kits from Galax !
The brand unveils memory kits in accordance with the visual of its HOF series. Thus, we have completely white memory sticks, heatsink as PCB (10 layers), except for the fastest one whose circuit is black… Too bad. The little touch of color is provided by an RGB lighting system via a light bar on the top and side of the module.
Of course, what interests us here is the data sheet. In the program, we find three memory kits of 32 GB (2×16 GB). Concerning the frequencies, they run at 7200 MT/s, 7600 MT/s and 8000 MT/s for the fastest. On the timing side, we have 36-36-46-116 (7200 MT/s), 36-46-46-122 (4600 MT/s) and 36-48-48-128 (8000 MT/s). Finally, the voltages are 1.45V for the slowest kit against 1.5V for the fastest.
For the prices, you will be able to get these kits via JD.com. Currently, the 7600 MT/s and 8000 MT/s versions are offered for sale at 3299 yuan (~450 €) and 4499 yuan (~612 €). Of course, beware of the customs which will be waiting for you in case of import, plan your move!
