A new fan from Silverstone aimed at industry. The brand is now offering its FHS140X, a new fan for the professional sector. Once again, you can expect big performance, with a flow capable of messing up a bald man’s hair!
FHS140X: a fan with plenty of power!
With this new reference, the brand is offering us a mill designed for the professional sector. The aim here is to maximise performance without worrying too much about noise pollution. The result is a fan that is particularly fast for its 140 mm size. In fact, it can reach 3400 rpm.
In terms of dimensions, as we said earlier, this is a 140 mm model. However, to maximise performance, Silverstone has designed its fan with a thickness of 38 mm!
All this will pay off, as the airflow of this machine is predicted to reach 222.95 CFM, or 378.79 m³/h. Static pressure is also boosted by 10 mmH2O. On a watercooling radiator during an OC session, the CPU doesn’t run the risk of overheating.
On the other hand, at 13.2W, a fan consumes a lot of power. To get an idea, consider that an NF-A12x25 G2 consumes 2.28W.
Unfortunately, no price for the moment.
