Corsair recently released its financial results for the first quarter of 2023. Compared to the year 2022, the brand is recording a drop in revenues. But don’t panic, it’s not catastrophic either… Especially since the estimates seem optimistic.

Thus, at the end of this first quarter of 2023, the Corsair brand records a drop in revenue. Indeed, the company announced that it had earned $354 million, whereas it had earned $26.7 million more in the same period in 2022.
Moreover, if we look at the details, it’s mainly the gaming peripherals and those for content creators that are falling. It seems that the brand has had a harder time selling Elgato decks and peripherals than last year. This branch of the brand generated $88.9 million in Q1 2023 compared to $134.1 million in 2022.
Nevertheless, the section that generates the most money for the brand is still components and systems. This includes RAM kits, cooling systems, power supplies and pre-assembled PCs. This branch is showing an increase in results, from $246.5 million in 2022 to $265 million this year.
Finally, in terms of forecasts, the brand estimates that its annual revenues for 2023 will be between $1.35 billion and $1.55 billion. And on the operating profit side, it should be between $75 million and $95 million.
