[Computex] Corsair unveils 3500X case

0

Corsair is taking advantage of Computex to present some new cases. On the program is the 3500X, a new reference that also follows the trend for “aquarium” models. Like others before it, it benefits from a side panel and a glass front panel, with no visible pillars.

3500X: Corsair also offers an aquarium case!

Corsair 3500XAs you can see, the brand’s case features two tempered glass panels, one on the side, the other on the front. This provides a clear view of all internal components.

In terms of dimensions, this is a medium-sized case measuring 240 (W) x 460 (D) x 506 (H) mm. This makes it compatible with ATX motherboards, especially as the motherboard tray makes it compatible with models with reversed connectors (Project Zero, BTF and Stealth).

As for graphics card support, there’s nothing to worry about, as the card has 410 mm of free space. The same is true of the CPU ventirad, which is 170 mm high. Watch out for the power supply, however, as with a depth of 180 mm, you may not have all the space you’d like.

This case will accommodate a number of fans. Between the slots on the top, bottom, power supply cover, rear and side of the motherboard tray, that’s ten possible 120 mm fans. As for watercooling, 360 mm slots are available at the top and on the side of your motherboard.

Now for the price. In this respect, the case remains expensive, with a price tag of €194.90!
