Chieftec announces a new range of Visio cases. Among them is an Air model offering improved airflow with its mesh front panel. What we’ll remember here is that the brand is giving in to the current trend for aquarium cases!
Visio: two new cases from Chieftec!
With these cases, the brand offers references measuring 295 (W) x 430 (D) x 390 (H) mm, all for a weight varying from 6.8 to 7.3 kg depending on the version: Air or not.
In all cases, these models offer similar features, with ATX motherboard support, 410 mm for the graphics card and 175 mm for the CPU cooler. As the cases are compartmentalized, the power supply is installed at the rear of the motherboard tray, with a depth clearance of around 200 mm.
Despite its mesh front panel, the Air model has no additional fan slots. As with the basic model, it can accommodate up to nine 120 mm and seven 140 mm windmills. The same applies to AIO radiator support, with 360 mm compatibility at both top and bottom.
By default, there will be a difference in the number of fans installed. While the Visio has six 120 mm fans with aRGB lighting, the Air version has three 140 mm fans: two at the bottom and one at the rear.
