Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is just around the corner, with an expected launch date of 25 October. In the meantime, PC configurations have been announced . The question now is whether you have the right hardware to play the game in the right conditions.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, what are the system requirements?

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 config PCOnce again, we’re not talking about a game that’s going to be very heavy. In fact, the minimum configuration features dated components with Ryzen 5 1400 (2017) and Core i5 8600 (2018) for the processor. As for the graphics card, you’ll need an old RX 470 (2016) or GTX 960 (2015). Otherwise, from Intel, an Arc A580 (2023) is mentioned. Finally, 8GB of RAM is recommended, but that’s something everyone should have, given that it’s the minimum requirement for Chrome 🙃.

Joking aside, the recommended configuration will allow you to play at 60fps in “most situations with graphics details set to elevated”. In that scenario, you’ll need a Ryzen 5 1600X (2017) or an i7 6700K (2015). On the GPU side, we take things up a notch with RX 6600 XT (2021) or GTX 1080 Ti/RTX 3060 (2017/2021). Here, the amount of VRAM increases from 2GB to 8GB, while the overall RAM rises to 12GB.

Finally, the Ultra 4K configuration will allow you to play at high frame rates or in UHD. Here, we’ll be using the Ryzen 7 2700X and Core i7 8700K as CPUs. Note that these processors were released in 2017 and 2018 respectively. However, the graphics will be more recent, with the RX 6800 XT and RTX 3080/RTX 4070 mentioned. And the game will start to draw on your PC ‘s various memories, since you’ll need 16 GB of RAM and a graphics card with at least 10 GB of VRAM.

In itself, the configurations are accessible to all, except perhaps on the 4K Ultra side where the graphics card starts to become substantial. However, we would stress the need for an SSD with 102 GB of free space.
