ASUS launches a new gaming display with a resolutely high-end feel, the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP. We’re back with a reference offering two display modes, but above all AI-powered functionalities!
ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP: a screen powered by AI!
This new display is a flat 32″ OLED panel. However, it features a dual display mode, both offering excellent responsiveness:
- UHD (3840×2160), all at 240 Hz
- FHD (1920×1080), all at 480 Hz
These two modes give users the choice between a less well-defined image, but top-notch responsiveness, ideal for competitive games such as Counter Strike 2, for example. The UHD mode will enable you to enjoy your game in the best possible definition.
Otherwise, like MSI’s MPG 321URX, this is a reference display that also includes AI-powered functions. These include AI Crosshair, AI Shadow Boost, MOBA Map Helper and more.
Turning now to the features, on the display side we’re treated to a brightness of 450 cd/m², peaking at 1,300 cd/m² in HDR mode. Typical contrast is 1,500,000:1. On the color side, via a 10-bit display, it shows 1,073.7 million colors. Finally, we find 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 range.
This is a monitor that won’t come cheap, as the recommended retail price is $1,299!
