ASUS has unveiled a new limited-edition graphics card as part of its 30th Anniversary product range. The card in question is none other than the RTX 5080 Astral DOOM Edition. The brand is offering a card based on the theme of DOOM The Dark Ages, which is due to be released next month, on the 13th to be exact. The card is truly magnificent!

Of course, the RTX 5080 Astral is one heck of a cinder block, and it’s still an imposing card… But what a card! It features a four-fan cooling system, an impressive array of aluminium fins and a steam chamber cooling system! Clearly, it’s a heavyweight.
On the PCB side, we also have something to work with, with custom circuitry. The power supply stages are numerous and benefit from a total of 20+6 phases in addition to being made up of 90A SPS!
However, it’s the board’s livery that makes it so special. It comes in the Doom Slayer colours, with a predominantly green tint and gold accents. Even the two fans on the back of the card are green. Of course, there are markings and runes here and there, but that’s without counting the magnificent artwork on the card’s backplate! It features the Doom Slayer slaughtering demons armed with his super shotgun and shield.
This model is obviously being produced in a limited edition, and comes with a full accessory pack. The pack includes a T-Shirt featuring the game and a large-format mouse pad featuring the illustration on the back of the card. A replica of the yellow key card is also included. Finally, a premium edition of the game with DLC and digital artbook plus soundtrack are included.
