After Fractal Design, we’re back in the world of PC cases with Endorfy, formerly SilentiumPC. The company unveils two mid-tower models, the Arx 700 RGB and Air. And FINALLY, the Air model lives up to its name, with no less than four fans supplied as standard!
Arx 700 series: cases packed with fans!
These are medium-tower cases with dimensions of 228 (W) x 486 (D) x 472 (H) mm. This means that ATX-format motherboards can be fitted internally. However, there’s plenty of room for the CPU cooler, with a height of 179 mm. The graphics card is not to be outdone, with 410 mm of free space, compared with 340 mm for the power supply.
As for storage units, up to six 2.5″ SSDs and a single 3.5″ HDD can be installed.
However, these cases are distinguished by the presence of numerous fans as standard. Indeed, the Air model comes with five non-RGB 140 mm fans installed as standard, compared with four aRGB models for the luminous version of the case.
Despite the support for three 140 mm fans on the front, there is no support for a 420 mm watercooling radiator. Here, we’ll have to make do with compatibility with 360 mm radiators at the top and front.
Now all we have to do is wait for the price. However, we don’t expect the bill to be too high, given the price of the brand’s other components.
