Apex Pro Skeleton: a modular carbon case!
It’s clear that Alphacool is doing things in a big way here! Indeed, the brand offers us a reference combining carbon tubing with aluminum corners to hold the structure in place. What’s more, it’s a modular unit that can be customized to suit your needs.
Naturally, this model is perfectly suited to watercooling configurations. It features a triple radiator support with two 360 mm supports at the front and top. At the rear, you’ll have to make do with a single 120 mm. What’s more, a version incorporating a custom-made flat distro is also available. Thanks to this, you’ll be able to connect your CPU and GPU waterblocks and heat sinks more easily. A pump delivering 340 l/h is also included, while the plate ‘s reservoir holds 750 ml.
In terms of features, this model’s dimensions are impressive: 259.80 (W) x 607.50 (D) x 573 (H) mm. In addition, its carbon construction makes it relatively light for its size: 13 kg. Finally, it offers E-ATX motherboard support, while only one 2.5″ storage slot.
The price tag is therefore high: expect to pay around €650 for the case without a flat distro, and ~€1,000 with one. What’s more, this case is totally unique on the market!
