An OC Panel (OCP) coming soon from Elmorlabs?

This video shows that a future OC Panel has been modeled in 3D by Joel Knippare. We knew that the Elmorlabs team was working on a tool of this kind, but information was unfortunately very scarce. So it’s great news that this tool has come to fruition, especially for ASUS fans. In fact, it was ASUS that included an OC Panel in the bundle of its high-end motherboards, enabling on-the-fly overclocking via the ROG port present on certain motherboards, for example, by directly modifying voltages. The OC Panel was also compatible with certain graphics cards, enabling overclocking via BIOS unlock.

The video shows a very complete OC Panel, but one that seems, in view of the buttons present, to be intended for ASUS motherboards. This 3D model features four connectors for power, two slots for type K temperature probes, an LCD screen, a BIOS switch, a Retry, Safe Boot, Power, Reset and Slow Mode button. A five-button crosshair should enable you to increase, decrease and validate the selected settings. Of course, this is still just speculation.

No info on price or availability, but let’s hope to see this indispensable tool from Elmorlabs hit the market in early 2024.
EDIT: a source close to the ASUS brand has announced that it will arrive in January 2024!
