Cougar Gaming has come up with a new gaming chair in the shape of its Terminator Elite. It’s the second generation of this chair with a sort of exoskeleton. What changes has the brand made?
Terminator Elite: a new generation of gaming chair from Cougar!
As you can see, the chair in question has a very distinctive design, far removed from the usual designs seen on this type of product. There’s a sort of spinal column at the back of the chair, giving it a very exoskeletal appearance. However, this feature is said to improve the chair’s support and stability.
In short, while the functions remain similar to those of the original chair, there has been a slight change in the materials used. Cougar has added velvet in certain areas, as well as ‘Hyper-Dura’ PU, claimed to be twelve times more resistant than the industry usual coverings. Finally, the chair has polyamide mesh for better temperature management.
Other features include 4D armrests. The inclination of the headrest can also be adjusted, and there’s lumbar support too. Finally, there’s an attractive 29.6″ aluminium base.
There are no price details, but the first version still retails for over €700, which sets the tone.
