As for the Core Ultra 200s, we have learned that Intel has finalised their specifications. Thanks to Benchlife, we now know the frequencies of the five models scheduled for 10 October(paper launch), which will go on sale on 24 October following a slight adjustment to the timetable. The same goes for the Z890 motherboards (of which ASUS has registered 29 models!).
Core Ultra 200, specs :
The five processors scheduled for release on 10 October are the Core Ultra 9 285K, Core Ultra 7 265K/KF and Core Ultra 5 245K/KF. The main difference between the K and KF models is the absence of integrated graphics in the KF. Otherwise, the K models feature an iGPU based on the Xe LPG architecture, known as Alchemist.
As far as processors are concerned, the Ultra 9 285K is clearly the spearhead. This is a CPU with 24 cores (8P16E) operating at a maximum frequency of 5.7 GHz. The base frequency is 3.7/3.2 GHz for the P-Core/E-Core cores respectively. With this, we find 36 MB of L3 cache and 40 MB of L2 cache in total. Finally, the base TDP is 125W with a maximum power (PL2) of 250W.
The Ultra 7 265K/KF has the same characteristics, with 20-core CPUs (8P/12E). The maximum frequency is 5.5 GHz, compared with 3.9/3.3 GHz for the P-Core/E-Core. As far as the cache is concerned, this model has 30 MB of L3 and 36 MB of L2, while the TDP is 125W/250W.

We conclude with the Core Ultra 5 245K/KF, whose number of cores drops to 14 (6P/8E). Here, the maximum frequencies are the lowest, at 5.2 GHz, while they compensate with the highest base frequencies: 4.2/3.6 GHz for the P-Core/E-Core. As for the cache, it only has 24 MB of L3 and 26 MB of L2. Finally, the TDPs are the lowest, at 125W in PL1 and 159W in PL2. That’s a 12% reduction on the 14600K/KF!
