Redmi A27U: only $169 for a UHD IPS screen!
The Redmi A27U features an IPS panel with 3840×2160 resolution on a 27″ diagonal. Clearly, you should have a very fine image! However, reactivity is quite average, with a frequency of just 60 Hz.
As for the display, it’s difficult to be exhaustive, since we know that it will cover 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 100% of sRGB. However, colors should be very accurate, since it boasts a delta E <1.
In addition, the screen will be mounted on a stand allowing adjustment in all directions. As far as connectivity is concerned, the brand is going for the essentials, highlighting two HDMI 2.0 and two DisplayPort 1.4 inputs.
Finally, the pleasant surprise comes in the form of a retail price of just $169. By way of comparison, the top price for a UHD screen is €250 with an Inovu reference! Let’s hope Xiami sells it outside Asia.
