Sparkle has risen from the ashes to re-enter the consumer graphics card sector. The company recently announced its Titan, Orc and Elf series. Each range is based on Intel A380, A750 and A770 chips. Today, we learn of the existence of the Genie series. A series of two small, low-profile boards equipped with small GPUs.
Genie series: two low-profile cards from Sparkle!

As you can see, with this series, the brand offers us small-format cards. They feature a low-profile, half-height PCB. The heatsink is relatively simple, with a small blower that doesn’t cover the entire PCB. The advantage of these solutions is that they occupy a single slot!
The GPUs are A380 and A310 chips. These contain 8 Xe cores and 6 Xe cores respectively. This corresponds to 1024 and 768 execution units. Finally, for VRAM, we have 6 GB of GDDR6 on a 96-bit bus for the A380 and 4 GB of GDDR6 on a 64-bit bus for the A310.
As you can see, these are limited-power cards. However, they will be useful in certain applications, such as multi-screen displays. They also feature four mini-DisplayPort connectors.
All that’s left is to find out the price and how much it will cost.
