Until now, NVIDIA’s RTX 4080 has been sold at a high price, in excess of a thousand dollars. Here in Europe, it’s impossible to find a new card for less than €1,000.
Anyway, today we learn that the Ventus 3X version from MSI has reached a price below $1000!
The RTX 4080 Ventus 3X under $1000 in the USA!
As you can see, at Newegg.com, an American store, MSI’s Ventus 3X model is already being offered at a very low price. However, by applying the promo code FTTPCU5374, you’ll receive an additional $100 discount. With this additional discount, the price of the card falls below $1000: $999.99.
At this price, we find a card customized by MSI with a three-fan heatsink. The card occupies three slots, but also features factory overclocking.
In short, at this price, the card is 16% below its MSRP of $1199. A price that may well convince reluctant Americans to place an order. By way of comparison, AMD’s rival, the RX 7900 XTX, is currently priced at $919.99 for the XFX Merc310 model, while the most affordable version in Europe is €1049 via Amazon Markplace.
