Porsche Design and AOC are collaborating again and offering us a new high-end screen. This time, it is a model with a 27″ screen. In short, what do we have for 499 €? Let’s take a look.

PD27S: a monitor with a neat look by Porsche Design!

AOC Porsche Design PD27SOn the program, the two brands provide us with a monitor with a 27″ IPS type panel. The latter displays a QHD resolution (2560 x 1440) as well as a color depth on 10 bits (8 bits + FRC). We also note a good responsiveness of the whole with a frequency of 170 Hz and a latency of 1 ms. At the level of the image, the mark announces a broad colorimetric space. The coverage of sRGB and DCI-P3 ranges are 99% and 95% respectively. With this, the announced brightness is 350 cd/m² with peaks at 400 cd/m². On the contrast side, we note a static ratio of 1000:1. Finally, we have a Display HDR400 certification and vertical and horizontal viewing angles of 178 °. However, that’s not all, since this version retains the same foot as the PD32M which we spoke to you about earlier this year. The base is therefore very worked, highlighting an aluminum construction. With this, we can also count on the presence of a LightFX lighting at the back of the screen or on two 5W speakers with DTS. Finally, the bill remains quite high with its 499 € as we told you at the beginning of the article.
