New screen signed MSI which proposes us an Optix MAG301 CR3. It is a curved reference displaying a 21:9 resolution… Not to mention its high refresh rate and low latency making it a responsive monitor!
MAG301 CR3 : an ultra responsive WFHD screen !
On the program, we find a rather imposing monitor with its 29.5″ VA panel. The latter displays a resolution of 2560 x 1080, a 21:9 format. Moreover, MSI offers us a curved monitor with a curvature radius of 1500R, ideal with this format.
In terms of responsiveness, we clearly have nothing to complain about since this model offers a refresh rate of 200 Hz. The latency is not left out either with 1 ms MPRT. In addition, to reduce the effects of tearing, we find a FreeSync Premium compatibility.
In terms of display, this model highlights a brightness of 300 nits with a contrast ratio of 3000:1. It can also display up to 1.07 billion colors while covering 110% of the sRGB spectrum and 90% of the DCI-P3 range. Finally, the vertical and horizontal viewing angles are 178 °.
This reference also has a small RGB light and an adjustable foot. The connectivity consists of a DisplayPort 1.2a input (200 Hz), a HDMI 2.0b (180 Hz) and a USB type C acting as DisplayPort (200 Hz). Let’s not forget to mention the integrated USB HUB and the 3.5 mm jack.
For the moment, no price is known.
