By scanning the list of new products put online by PC21.fr, our friends at Videocardz were able to find the new MSI laptops equipped with the 12th generation Intel (Alder Lake-P)… And the least we can say is that it stings very ( too ) hard. These new products should be officially launched once Intel and NVIDIA have made Alder Lake-P and the GeForce RTX 3080Ti mobile and 3090Ti official, on January 4th at CES.
In fact, the GS77 Stealth, in different variations, has been found between 2800 and 4460€. This last price is for the version including the future 3080 Ti mobile from Nvidia and the i9-12900H with 14 cores and 20 threads.
A very high price but only “indicative” for the moment
A crazy price but which is unfortunately almost logical considering the generalized inflation of prices and in particular of graphic cards. However, we will have to wait a little longer to see the final trend of the price. Indeed, PC21 is used to “leaks” without knowing it. The website actually works as an aggregator of stock from its main partners (official French wholesalers). The references of the laptops are therefore totally credible since they come from the data flow of the brands distributed through these wholesalers. Nevertheless, the prices are updated in real time and do not take into account the “deals” that the main brands make with their biggest customers. We will therefore consider these prices as catalog prices…But not as a definitive trend. This information has however two merits
- We confirm a priori the arrival of a Core i9-12900H that had not appeared in a leak before. Only the i9-12900HK version had been spotted.
- We validate the arrival of an RTX 3080Ti for laptops whose TDP should come to warm up your long winter evenings…
