Recently, we presented you in test, one of the last mechanical keyboards in TKL format from Cooler Master. It was the CK530 v2, a small keyboard with a very interesting price. Today, it is on promotion and goes from 90 € to less than 60 €.
Cooler Master CK530 v2
With its CK530 v2, Cooler Master offers us a small keyboard. Indeed, it measures 38 (L) x 13.5 (W) x 4 (H) cm for a weight of 739 g without the cable. The CK530 v2 has a large aluminum plate while the rest is plastic.
Otherwise, the brand offers three different types of switches for its mechanical keyboard. There are red, blue and also brown. They are TTC switches but have similar overall characteristics to the Cherry MX. For more information on switches in general, please have a look at our folder.
In the same vein, the Cooler Master keyboard has a polling rate of 1 GHz and a response time of 1 ms. There is also an internal memory of 512 KB to keep the settings in memory but also the different profiles.
During our test, we chose to award it gold thanks to its very neat design but also to the presence of noble materials, such as aluminum. As a reminder, we also had the right to a foam wrist rest and a small key-puller. Moreover, its very attractive price was already part of its strengths. The brand managed to offer its keyboard at an attractive price thanks to the TTC switches. And this is not to our displeasure!
Where and at what price?
Today, the Amazon and CDiscount websites are offering a great promotion on the CK530 v2 as it is reduced to 59,99 € instead of a little less than 90 €. However, do not trust the base price of CDiscount, it is clearly not the right price (103.91 €)!
