Games that support DLSS 4:

A series of games are already compatible with DLSS 4, on the day of the RTX 5080/5090 launch. We were able to obtain them in order to begin a series of tests and highlight the performance achieved thanks to DLSS 4. We’ll be coming back to the qualitative side of rendering in detail in the coming weeks. Of course, the upscaling principle here will be to support our XFX Swift RX 9060 XT 16 GB face at 1440p performance with graphics options at maximum and ray tracing or path tracing if available. To measure our FPS, we had access to a beta version of CapFrameX v1.7.5. This measurement tool is certainly one of the best and most intuitive when the game doesn’t have an integrated benchmark. If you’re interested, we’ll be back with a detailed article on how to use it. We wanted to see how our PALIT RTX 5060 Ti Infinity 3 16 GB would perform with the Multi Frame Generation available for RTX 5000s.

Cyberpunk 2077:

First of all, with ray tracing in Overdrive mode , all cards suffer. In 1440p, the XFX Swift RX 9060 XT 16 GB averaged 13.4 FPS. There’s no FSR4 yet in Cyberpunk 2077, so it’s the RTX 5060 Ti that will take full advantage of DLSS4, but be careful. We advise you to turn down the graphics options to get a comfortable ray tracing average before activating the MFG.

Hogwarts Legacy: The Hogwarts Legacy

The same is true of Hogwarts Legacy, where in 1440p rasterization we manage to achieve an average of 41 FPS, which is already close to 60 FPS before the MFG is used. The greens still benefit from the MFG to take a comfortable lead.

Alan Wake 2:

The same applies to Alan Wake 2, with our cards suffering at maximum graphic options. We’ll have to be less greedy before resorting to MFG.

Star Wars Outlaws:

The feeling of going from 25 FPS to 116 FPS in 1440p for our sample of the day remains a sensation to be tested in game. The number of native and generated FPS seems to us to be very unbalanced. As you can see, we’ll have to look at the visual quality of the various upscaling options and the in-game feel with Frame Generation activated.
