We have come to the end of the test of the Legend from noblechairs. It is time to conclude about it.
An attractive new design!
With the Legend, noblechairs offers us an entirely new chair, combining elements found on each of its previous chairs. This new design is sober, and clearly, we are not dealing with something that claims to be ” gaming ” like what we can have with AK Racing for example. No, here the Legend is usable, both in a personal and professional office.
Moreover, for this version, noblechairs opts for a new color never seen before (at the brand) with the famous high tech synthetic leather. In black/white/red, we find well-managed, classy and ideally contrasted colors. Unlike a Hero TX or an Epic Black Edition, we will not find this model sad. Especially since the burgundy red parts benefit from seams giving them square shapes.
In use, the high-tech synthetic leather is very pleasant and especially warm. For those who have a cool office, the chair warms up quickly when you sit in it. In addition, this material breathes well so that we don’t get stuck on it if we are in shorts for example, and it replicates the leather well!
Cushions made obsolete!
Nevertheless, the last production of the noble chairs is accompanied by new shapes which make the supplied cushions completely useless in my opinion. If we add the one for the cervical, with the shape of the headrest, it is not comfortable… Same thing for the one for the lumbar with the adjustable support!
While we’re on the subject, it’s always nice to see this support appear on the brand’s references. It allows for finer adjustments and gives a more natural shape to the backrest, while improving comfort.
A chair for all body types?
Of course, the Legend is not a seat adapted to all morphologies, you will have to be at least tall to fully enjoy it. If you are too short, your heels may not touch the ground. Once again, the brand has designed this model for people up to 2 m tall and weighing up to 150 kg.
And the comfort ?
In use, the comfort is good, very good even since once at the bottom of the chair, you feel like in a cocoon. This is a change from the Hero, which offered an “open” seat and backrest. Here, we are faced with something a little more confined, without falling into the extremes of the usual gaming chairs. No, the compromise is also very good.
However, if you like softer foams, this might not be the reference for you. Even though it is softer than a Hero, it is still very firm. Personally, I love it!
Nevertheless, the most damaging aspect remains the armrests which are still too hard. Beware of elbow pain during prolonged use… Unfortunately, this is something we often find. Only SecretLab products gave us full satisfaction on this subject.
A very high price
Now we come to the thing that always annoys: the bill. For this model, several prices are at work since the black versions, Java Edition and black / red / white synthetic leather High-Tech are selling for 539.90 €. Only the white version is more affordable with a price tag of 519.90 €. Finally, to get the most affordable version, you will have to turn to the TX version at 489.90 €.
Clearly, we are facing high-end prices, but the chair is as well. The finish is top notch, the upholstery is very pleasant, and the comfort is there. Finally, with such an invoice, it is positioned against the Titan Evo XL 2022, depending on the finish.

- The 4D armrests allowing adjustments in all directions
We liked less :
- The armrests are still too firm
- The cushions not pleasant to use
- Beware of the price!
When noblechairs combines all of its expertise in one chair, the result is the Legend. Clearly, it’s a successful reference with a devastating look. With its black/red/white high-tech synthetic leather upholstery, we have a chair that is ideally contrasted and very classy. The comfort is also very good, especially since we will not worry about its longevity. It’s a pity that the cushions are not pleasant to use and that the armrests are still too firm, even if we grant you that it’s a matter of taste!
