Performance in productivity

In this part, we will focus on the productivity performances. That is to say the performance of the machine on software such as Microsoft Office, Blender or DaVinci Resolve.

PCMark 10 Extended

On PCMark 10, we find ourselves, not surprisingly, at the level of the MSI Prestige 13 Evo and Dell Inspiron 14 plus.

PCMark 10 : application

The benchmark presented here uses the Microsoft office suite to give us the performance of our machine on Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Without surprise, we are again in front of the Prestige 13 Evo from MSI.

Blender

Let’s move on to the Blender benchmark, which to my great surprise shows results for this NUC 13 PRO very close to the i7-12700h. We have here almost twice as much performance as on the MSI Prestige 13 Evo even though it is equipped with the same chip.

PugetBench : Davinci Resolve

On Davinci Resolve, the Intel Xe 96sp IGP does not lack VRAM this time and manages to do over 30% better than the MSI Prestige 13. But we remain quite low in performance especially on the GPU Effect test.

Just like the MSI Prestige 13 Evo A13M, this NUC 13 PRO is perfectly fine for office use. And just like the MSI laptop, it won’t be the best choice for video or 3D content creation.
