Temperature/Noise Ratio
On these perf/noise ratio graphs, we remind you that it is best to be placed as far to the bottom left of the graph as possible. For the reading, the left most point symbolizes the 12V ventilation, the one in the center the 8V ventilation and the right most point the 5V ventilation.

The change of fan, in favor of the NF-A9x14 PWM will allow a significant gain at low speed and by shortening the curve.
