Raptor 27″ : a screen signed by Razer and certified THX !

Razer announces a new monitor with its Raptor 27″. A screen with a reactive IPS panel, but which will be distinguished by the presence of a THX audio certification. It is also the first gaming monitor to have this certification.

Razer Raptor 27"With this new screen, the brand with snakes announces a monitor with a diagonal of 27″. It also benefits from an IPS slab in 2560 x 1440 reactive displaying a frequency of 165 Hz and a latency of 1 ms. In addition, we will not forget to mention the NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync compatibilities.

With this, this monitor displays a contrast ratio of 1000:1 with a brightness of 350 nits. The coverage of the DCI-P3 space is given for 95% and it has an HDR400 certification. We will not forget to say that it is an 8-bit + FRC screen.

This reference also has a foot adjustable in height only, but it still has cable guides at the back. These will be used to neatly arrange the connectivity. By the way, speaking of which, you should know that this Raptor is not VESA compatible, you will have to use an adapter that costs 100 €.

Regarding the connectivity, we find an HDMI 2.0b input and DisplayPort 1.4. As for USB, we have the right to a Type C port (DisplayPort 1.4 alternative) and two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type A serving as a hub.
